Return and shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY

All claims must be made immediately. No return of goods without authorization.

There is a maximum of 30 days for returns or exchanges upon presentation of the original invoice. A 20% handling fee is applicable.

Shipping costs charged on an invoice will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.

No refund or exchange will be made on products that are returned defective or in poor condition.

The goods must be returned at the customer’s expense.

FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE – USING OUR CARRIERS OR THE CUSTOMER’S CARRIER;

Transportation will be at the customer’s expense.
