Terms and Conditions

The sales conditions described provide a legal and financial framework for transactions between seller and buyer, covering the following aspects:

  • Ownership of goods

The seller retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been received. The buyer assumes responsibility for any loss upon shipment. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of invoice.

  • Default of payment

In the event of non-payment, the seller may demand the remaining balance or take back the goods without legal proceedings, with the customer's prior agreement and without compensation.

  • Return of goods

Returns are only accepted with the seller's authorization and may incur an administration fee of 20% of the sale price.

  • Terms of payment

Net 30-day payment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Interest on overdue accounts

Overdue accounts generate interest at 24% annually (2% per month), calculated and compounded monthly.

  • Application

These conditions apply to all future transactions and are binding on heirs, successors and legal representatives.

  • Credit agreement

A facsimile of the signed credit agreement is regarded as proof in the same way as the original.

  • Personal responsibility

In the event of signature by a corporation, the signatory binds himself personally, jointly with the corporation, for all obligations arising from the purchases.

  • Credit information authorization

The customer authorizes the seller to obtain information about the customer for the purpose of opening an account.

  • Damages

If the customer fails to meet his obligations, he must pay the seller 10% of the balance due as damages, unless exempted by law. This clause also applies in the event of collection by an agency.

  • Credit approval

The credit agreement is effective as soon as it has been approved by the seller's credit department.

  • Domicile election

For any legal proceedings relating to the contract or the goods, the parties choose the seller's commercial domicile as their place of jurisdiction, waiving any other right of jurisdiction.

These conditions aim to clarify the rights and obligations of each party to ensure a fair and predictable commercial relationship.
